Want the whole place to yourselves? Book Kids Base exclusively for a birthday party, playdate, or family celebration. The entire space is yours — tables for dining, a projector for movies or slideshows of your favorite memories, and all the toys you could want. Two plans are available, and balloon decorations or catering can be added as extras. Whether it’s a milestone birthday or just a fun get-together, we’ll help make it a day they’ll talk about for years.

Is there an age limit for private rentals?
No age restrictions for private rental bookings.
What’s the minimum booking length for a private rental?
The standard minimum is 2 hours, but a 1.5-hour plan is also available. Just let us know what you need.
Is there a guest limit for private rentals?
The base plan covers up to 10 children and 10 adults (children under 1 are free). Extra guests are ¥1,100 per adult and ¥2,200 per child. Maximum capacity is around 15 children or 20 guests total.

Can we bring food and cake to a private rental?
Yes! Bring whatever you like — cake, pizza, lunchboxes, snacks, the works. Drinks are also available from our self-serve fridge. Please take your rubbish home with you.

You’re completely free to bring your own food and drinks!

Yes, we can help with balloon decorations and food arrangements to suit your budget. Get in touch when you book and we’ll put together a quote.
Is the private rental available on weekdays and weekends?
Both! Available any day of the week. A discounted weekday plan is also available (excludes December and March) — feel free to ask.
How much does a private rental cost?
Standard 2-hour plan from ¥33,000 (varies by duration, guest count, and add-ons). We’ll provide a full quote along with availability when you enquire.
Is the projector available during private rentals?
Yes! The projector is USB and HDMI compatible — great for movies, favourite shows, or a slideshow of photos.
Can we change the music and lighting?
Absolutely. Since it’s your private booking, you’re free to adjust the BGM and lighting however you like — put on your child’s favourite playlist, set up birthday mode, whatever works.
What’s the cancellation policy for private rentals?
Free cancellation up to 3 days in advance. Cancellations made the day before or on the day may incur a fee of 50–100%.
How many friends can we invite to a private rental?
Up to around 15 children. Please let us know the total guest count including adults when you book.
Are there restrictions on bringing our own toys to a private rental?
None at all. Bring whatever toys or devices you like from home.
Can we extend our private rental?
Yes, subject to availability. Extensions are charged in 30-minute increments.
