- 2.Among privacy information, “Historical Information and Characteristic Information” refers to information other than the Personal Information defined above. This includes information such as services used, products purchased, pages or advertisements viewed, search keywords used by the User, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, the User’s IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identification information.
Article 2 (Method of Collecting Privacy Information)

- 1.The Company may ask Users to provide personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number when registering for use of the Service. In addition, the Company may collect transaction records and payment-related information containing personal information of Users from the Company’s business partners or affiliated entities.
- 2.The Company collects historical and characteristic information regarding Users, including services used, pages or advertisements viewed, search keywords, date and time of use, usage method, usage environment (including communication status of mobile devices and various setting information when accessed through mobile devices), IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identification information, when Users use the Service or view pages provided by the Company or its partners.
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses Personal Information are as follows:
- 1.To allow Users to view, modify, and review their registered information and usage status, including displaying registration details such as name, address, contact information, payment methods, services used, and related fees.
- 2.To use email addresses to send notices or communications to Users, and to use contact information such as names and addresses when delivering products or contacting Users as necessary.

- 7.To respond to inquiries from Users by using information necessary for providing services, such as inquiry details, billing-related information, service usage status, and contact information.
- 8.For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use.
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

- 1.The Company will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the prior consent of the User, except in the following cases or as otherwise permitted under applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information:
- (1)When required by law
- (2)When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property of a person and obtaining consent is difficult
- (3)When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and obtaining consent is difficult
- (4)When cooperation with a national government organization, local government, or a party entrusted by such organizations is required for the execution of duties prescribed by laws and obtaining consent may hinder such execution
- (5)When the following matters have been notified or publicly announced in advance:
- i. The purpose of use includes provision to third parties
- ii. The items of data to be provided to third parties
- iii. The means or methods of providing the information to third parties
- iv. That the provision of personal information to third parties will be discontinued upon request of the individual
- 2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered provision to third parties:

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

- 1.When the Company receives a request from an individual to disclose their personal information, the Company shall disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, the Company may decide not to disclose all or part of the information and will notify the individual without delay if such a decision is made. A handling fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure.
- (1)When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
- (2)When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Company’s business operations
- (3)When disclosure would violate other laws or regulations
- 2.Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.
- 1.When the Company receives a request from an individual to disclose their personal information, the Company shall disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, the Company may decide not to disclose all or part of the information and will notify the individual without delay if such a decision is made. Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

- 1.If a User’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User may request correction or deletion of the personal information through procedures specified by the Company.
- 2.If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such a request from the User, the Company shall correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the User accordingly.
Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If a User requests suspension or deletion of the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use or that it was obtained by improper means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results, the Company will suspend or delete the use of such personal information and notify the User accordingly.
However, if Suspension of Use, etc. requires excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the User, the Company may implement such alternative measures instead.
Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

- 1.The contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to Users.
- 2.Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this website.
