Kids Base is a neighborhood “secret base” where we hope to make those days when children say “I’m bored” just a little fewer, and fill their everyday lives with excitement.

We provide an indoor play space where children can freely explore and enjoy the things they want to try, without limiting their natural “I want to do it!” spirit.

As a time-based, fully private playground, Kids Base allows families to play without worrying about crowds and truly let loose and have fun together. With favorite activities such as Nintendo Switch, Licca-chan dolls, dress-up sets, pretend play, and more, we hope to create a place where “That was fun!” becomes part of everyday life. Come laugh, play, and create special memories together with your children.

Special Pre-Opening Campaign

To celebrate our pre-opening, we will be holding a special campaign from September 14 to September 30!

First-time visitors can enjoy 1 hour of free play for both adults and children. This offer is available once per family during the campaign period. If you stay longer than 1 hour, our regular extension fees will apply.

Kids Base is packed with fun activities that bring out the child in everyone, including a slide, dress-up sets, a claw machine, Nintendo Switch, board games, drawing boards, and more!

Time-Based Plan

Children: ¥1,100 / hour

Adults: ¥990 / no time limit (Adults can play together with their children!)

Extension: ¥220 / 15 minutes

Weekend & Holiday Fee: +¥330 per family

Full private bookings are also available for birthday parties, parents’ gatherings, and other special occasions!

During the pre-opening period, we may take photos and videos to showcase the atmosphere and activities at Kids Base. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes on the Kids Base website, social media, and other promotional channels.

If you would prefer not to have your face appear in any photos or videos, please let our staff know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request so that everyone can enjoy Kids Base comfortably.

Important Rules

・During the pre-opening period, Kids Base is available for children aged 0–12. Children aged 12 and over may not use the facility, except for private parties and private rentals.

・One adult may accompany up to 3 children. If there are not enough accompanying adults, we may be unable to admit your group.

・Kids Base is not a childcare facility. Children may not enter or use the facility on their own. They must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or another person aged 20 or older.

・Adults may not enter or use the facility without children.

・Pets are not allowed.

・Outside toys and play equipment are not permitted.

・Only drinks are permitted in the facility. Food may only be brought in during private parties.

・Guests may not enter any floor other than the basement level where Kids Base is located. Please also keep noise to a minimum outside the facility.

・There is limited space for strollers. If you plan to visit with a stroller, please contact us in advance.

・Kids Base is not responsible for theft, accidents, or other problems occurring inside the facility, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Please keep an eye on your children at all times.

・For safety reasons, our staff may ask you to follow additional instructions. If you do not follow the facility rules or staff instructions, you may be asked to leave. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.

About the Slide

To ensure everyone can enjoy the slide safely, please follow the rules below.

・The slide is available only to children aged 4 and over.

・For safety reasons, children aged 12 and over may not use the slide.

・Only one person may use the slide at a time.

・To prevent friction-related injuries, please wear long sleeves, long pants, and socks. If you do not have suitable clothing, arm covers and leg covers are available to rent for ¥300 each.

・Do not climb up the slide from the bottom.

・Please do not wait or play inside the slide.

・Please wait until the child in front of you has completely finished sliding before you go.

・Do not push your child or any other children.

Dress-Up & Costumes

At Kids Base, children can also enjoy wearing our cute dresses and costumes! 💕

Please follow the rule below when using our dress-up costumes.

・Underwear must be worn when wearing dresses or costumes. If you do not have underwear available, it can be rented for ¥300.
